I shouldn’t be sad about Josh not being offered to stay in Bethesda for his next duty station. I knew the likelihood of him staying was slim to none because of how popular of a base it is, but I’ve been so spoiled having him nearby for the past year that I’m still upset that he’ll be going away.

I’m a selfish potato. I knew this would be happening at some point, I just wish it wasn’t happening this soon.

I’m living in Long Beach Island for work this summer starting in June and my mom just said Josh can come visit me at the house because he wants to take a week of leave and have a little vacation with me :3 I’m really excited.

sometimes I get sad because I feel ugly and/or bloated and then I remember that josh has seen me no makeup/no coffee with stubbly legs and still thinks I’m a hot piece

then I stop being sad about it

one time a ten year old yelled “I’ll tickle your pickle for a nickel” at Josh when we were buying fish

Despite having some really crappy shifts at work involving mounds of rain and a pissed off looking woman, I had a really great weekend. My brother and Josh came up to State on Friday, Steve stayed at a hotel and Josh stayed here and we got to all hang out Saturday afternoon with some close family friends. It was nice (u‿u✿) unfortunately Steve had to leave yesterday and Josh just left because they both have work today but it was still really great seeing them ❤
